Eligibility for admission  

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

1. For Admissions, Registration form has to be filled online/offline.

Form can be obtained from school offline by paying requisite charges on request and by producing the credentials of the child whose admission is sought.

2. The receipt of Registration Form doesn't guarantee admission.

3. Dully filled up registration form is to be submitted with the following documents:

a) Nursery & Std. I: Copy of Municipal Birth Certificate and 1 recent passport size photograph.

b) Class II to X : Copy of Term Result of previous class, 1 Recent passport size photograph and copy of Birth Certificate.

c) Class XI: Attested copy of mark sheet, 1 Recent passport size photograph and copy of Birth Certificate.

  • Incomplete illegible registration forms without the above-mentioned documents shall not be accepted.

4. Eligibility For Admission:

  1. Nursery to Std. I: To be eligible for admission, the candidate must fulfill the age criteria specified. No deviation whatsoever from these dates shall be entertained.

As on 31st December of the academic session in which the admission sought:

AS PER GOVERNMENT GR

1. For Nursery - 3+ years

2. For Jr. K.G. - 4+ years

  3. For Sr. K.G. - 5+ years

4. For Std. 1st - 6+ years

b. For classes - Ill to IX : Written test / interaction shall be a qualifying criteria to be eligible for admission and the child should pass final examination of previous class.

c. For class - XI: In Science and Commerce stream admission shall strictly be on Merit.

5. Admission to all the classes shall strictly be on Merit. However, admission shall primarily be subject to the availability of seats.

6. Payment of Admission Fees & Other Details: The detail of fees to be paid is displayed at the Fee Counter. Fees are to be paid within 3 days of granting admission.

Mode of Payment: Fees are to be paid by crossed pay order / Demand Draft or online (as applicable) only in favor of D. A. V. PUBLIC SCHOOL AIROLI at the fees counter.

Before paying the fees, the ADMISSION FORM must be filled.

Admission Form can be obtained from the office. Any failure to pay the fees by due date shall automatically cancel the admission. No request regarding submission of fees after due date shall be entertained.

 

 

7. Documents required after the confirmation of Admission:

1. Original Birth Certificate upto class I.

2. Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

3. Original School Leaving Certificate from I onwards (Duly Counter

Signed if applicable)

4. Copy of result (final) of previous class.

Documents required for Class XI after declaration of result (within 15 days):

1. Duly attested copy of Marksheet issued by CBSE or other Boards.

2. Original Migration Certificate

3. Original School Leaving Certificate (Duly Counter Signed)

4. Copy of caste certificate (if applicable)

8. Cancellation of Admission: In case of cancellation of admission by the parent for any reason, only the Caution Money paid shall be refunded. All other fees paid are strictly not refundable. The caution money shall be refunded after a minimum period of 2 years only from the submission of request for cancellation. No correspondence regarding the relaxation may pleased be made.

Students will be admitted on provisional basis. Confirmation of admission will be only confirmed after the submission of the requisite documents.

  • Cheque Drop Box Facility:

This facility is available after admission only.

You are requested to write following details behind the cheque before you drop the cheque in the Cheque Drop Box:

Incorrect Amount or Incorrect information may delay the process.

Tho cheque Drop Box facility can be availed till 24th of first month of every quarter till 12. 30p.m. without fine. Late fine shall be charged @ Rs. 150/per month.

  • Without the above information the cheque shall not accepted in the Cheque Drop Box.
  • Post-dated Cheque shall not be accepted.
  • 350/-  In case of cheque bounce for any reason, a penalty of 350/-shall be levied & total amount (Fee+ Bounce charges + Late fee if applicable) shall be accepted through pay order at the fee counter.
