Registration Procedure & Rules for Provisional Admission to Class XI for the Academic Session 2022-23

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Dates for Registration: 21^stMay 2022 to 31^st May 2022.

Registration form can be filled online.

Payment of Registration Fees :

Ø Non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) is to be paid by the Online fee portal given on the school's website for registering under each stream.

Ø Any failure to pay the fees by the due date mentioned shall automatically cancel the Registration.

Ø NO request regarding the payment of fees after the due date shall be entertained.

Ø However, submission of Registration form DOES NOT guarantee Admission.

Ø While paying registration fee please note the following:

NOTE : Only students with Standard Mathematics in Class X are eligible to apply for Mathematics in Class XI in Science and Commerce stream. However, students with Standard Mathematics and Basic Mathematics are eligible to apply for Applied Mathematics in Commerce Stream

Seats in Science with optional subject Computer Science are limited and shall be offered in order of merit only.

Appended below documents are required along with duly filled registration form:

01. Attested Copy of Marks Statement of Term – I Board Examination of Class X.

02. Attested Copy of Marks Statement of Term – II Pre-Board Examination of Class X.

03. Photocopy of certificates of achievements in any Olympiads, NTSE, Co-curricular Activities at state and National Level.

04. Proof of Residence

05. Copy of caste certificate and Aadhar card

06. Copy of Birth Certificate

07. Medical Certificate of the Child (for children with special needs only).

Please note that incomplete / illegible registration forms without the above mentioned documents shall not be accepted.

Admission Criteria for Std XI: Admission shall strictly be on Merit. However, admission shall primarily be subjected to the availability of seats.

The Printout of the online application form is to be submitted along with the self-attested copy of the following documents at the school reception between 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon on all working days from 22^nd May 2021 to 31^st May 2022.

Payment of Admission Fees & Other Details:

1^stList of selected candidates shall be displayed on the school website by04/06/2022.

2^ndList of selected candidates shall be displayed on the school website after 5 days of 1^st list.

Fees are to be paid by Online/offline on fee portal. Any failure to pay the fees by due date mentioned shall automatically cancel the admission. No request regarding submission of fees after due date shall be entertained.

The classes will start from 16/06/2022.

Documents required after declaration of final result:

A) Duly attested copy of Marksheet issued by CBSE / ICSE/ State Board.

B) Original Migration Certificate.

C)Duly Countersigned Original School Leaving Certificate.

Registration Procedure & Rules for Admission to Nursery for the session 2023-2024

Online Registration for admission to Nursery for the academic session 2023-24 is available on the school website. Registration Form must be filled Online.

Filling up of the online form will commence from 17^thDecember 2022 and will close on29^th December 2022 at 4.00 pm. Copy of Birth Certificate and Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill) is mandatory to fill the form. No extension of time / date will be acceptable.

Admission Eligibility Criteria for Nursery :

The admission to Nursery shall be based on draw of lots.

2. Gazette copy of any changes in the name / spelling of the applicant

5. Latest electricity Bill / Valid Passport / Ration Card (in case of parents staying in joint family / Aadhar Card / Copy of Agreement with the builder / Possession letter from the builder / Leave & License Agreement – registered rent / lease agreement receipts / copy in case parents staying in leased apartment / Company letter in case the accommodation is provided by the company of either of the parent.

SIBLING: Fee Receipt Book of the ward’s sibling if studying in Jr.KG to Std. XII showing paid fee receipt up to December 2022 and in case the fee payment is done online then the printouts of the online fee receipts paid up to December 2022 should be submitted in School’s Office at the time of submission of the above documents along with the sibling’s School ID for the academic year 2022-23.

List of selected students will be displayed on Notice Board as well as on school website by 07/01/2023.

Detail information for submission of fees and documents for the selected students shall be intimated along with the list of selected students.

Admission to the school for Nursery is ONLINE. Any wrong information on the application form filled online will amount to disqualification.

It may be noted that the admission may be denied to provisionally admitted children on the grounds of Falsification of any documents / information

Admission to other classes will be announced only on the website subject to the availability of seats in the month of Feb./March 2023

Admission for class Std. XI for the Academic Session 2023-24 shall be announced at later date.
